Camano Island Car Crash | Seattle Car Accident Lawyer
As an auto accident and personal injury lawyer, I hear about a Seattle auto accident, or accidents throughout Washington, every day. However, it is always horrible to learn of car accidents where pedestrians and bystanders are involved. On Wednesday afternoon, a 14 year-old boy was badly injured when he was hit by a car. The auto accident took place at the intersection of Dan Street and E. Elhardt Street at about 4:30 p.m. The teenage boy was sitting on a sidewalk curb with a group of friends, when a pickup truck took a sharp right hand turn. The vehicle went too close to the curb and struck the boy. No reports have been released regarding the boy’s current medical state or the extent of personal injuries suffered. Investigators say charges against the driver of the truck are unlikely. Sometimes pedestrians and cyclists are easily missed by drivers due to problems with visibility. When driving, it is necessary to ensure that nothing is blocking your path. And, please always stay cautious of people on the roads and take the extra precautions necessary for preventing an auto accident.
