Collision Sends 70-Year-Old Pedestrian to Harborview | Bellevue Pedestrian Accident Lawyer

A 70-year-old woman was critically injured after being hit by a car while waiting for a bus in Bellevue on 119th Ave. S.E. in the 4700 block. The car was driven by a 53-year-old man from Everett, who apparently blacked out, causing him to swerve across the center line and over the curb before hitting the woman. The impact was so great that it sent the woman flying about 50 feet into a neighboring yard. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center where she is being treated for multiple serious injuries. It is not yet known if the driver was intoxicated when the accident occurred.
