Drunk driving is always a terrible idea but mixing in a heavy pedestrian night like Halloween can be potentially fatal for many young children. And teach your children how to dial 911 if they have an emergency or become lost at any point. Halloween is a dangerous event for children if the right precautions are not utilized.
