Eaton, Washington Passenger of Negligently Driven Vehicle Suffers Personal Injury | Washington Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Lawyer

29 year-old Leonel Nava and 39 year-old Jose Vargas Moreno are recovering from personal injuries today after being involved in a one car accident on Interstate 90 about 17 miles west of Eaton, WA. Nava was driving the pick-up truck eastbound on the highway when she negligently lost control of the vehicle. The pick-up crossed three lanes of traffic, rolled and struck a tree ultimately coming to a stop upside down. Both Nava, and the truck’s passenger, Moreno, were seriously injured in the crash. Nava received injuries to her head and Moreno suffered a broken arm and collarbone.

Both individuals were taken to a local hospital and listed in satisfactory condition.
