On Friday, November 19^th, two vehicles collided near Hood Canal Bridge. 42-year-old Daniel Paul Limestall from Tacoma was driving his ’06 Dodge Van westbound on SR 104 at nearly 5:00am. At the same time, 31 year old Anthony John Meissner from Port Ludlow was driving southbound on Teal Lake road in his ’03 Ford Taurus. Unfortunately, Meissner failed to yield at a stop sign and his vehicle converged with the Dodge van that was heading west. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Limestall was wearing a seatbelt and remained uninjured. His Dodge Van sustained a damaged front end. However, Meissner, who was also wearing a seatbelt, was transported toHarborview Medical Center in critical condition. He died hours later at the hospital.
