Idaho Falls Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident | Seattle Wrongful Death Attorney

As a motorcycle rider, I know that there is nothing quite like riding a motorcycle on a hot summer day. In fact, more motorists have been taking advantage of the warm weather and hitting the roads. As a Bellevue motorcycle accident lawyer, I also know that the downside is that we’re beginning to see more frequent car accidents and Seattle motorcycle accidents.

On Monday, an Idaho Falls man was killed in one of these terrible motorcycle accidents. The incident happened just after 5 p.m. According to state troopers, Sandra Donato, 52, was driving a 1999 Subaru Legacy station wagon southbound on Old Highway 91. As she tried to make a turn onto the southbound Interstate 15 on-ramp, she collided with the northbound 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Barry McCarthy.

Unfortunately, the 48-year-old motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time and was seriously injured. He was rushed to Portneuf West Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. No one else was injured in the collision.
