Anyone can find themselves the victim of a traffic accident. Unfortunately, not all collisions can be prevented. As a Washington car accident attorney and Bellevue personal injury lawyer, I have spoken to the victims of many Seattle car accidents. I’ve learned that if you’re not careful, car accidents can strike anyone at any time.

This weekend, Grammy- nominated jazz musician Boney James was injured in a car accident. The accident took place on I-405 near Long Beach, California.

James was driving home from a jazz festival Saturday when he was rear-ended by a high speed drunk driver. He suffered from several injuries including a fractured jaw, two broken teeth, and a deep cut on his chin.

He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital and has since been released. However, because of his injuries, he has chosen to cancel his concert on May 21st.

Also, according to Entertainment Daily, James was happy to report that his prized saxophones survived the accident.
