Rollover accidents are serious and can cause devastating injuries. As a Seattle wrongful death lawyer, I have seen far too many people seriously injured or killed in rollovers. On Monday, a 36-year-old woman suffered life-threatening personal injuries after a rollover Kent car accident on SR-167.

The accident took place at about 5:30 p.m. near South 277th Street in Auburn.
According to state troopers, the woman was driving haphazardly in the southbound lanes of the freeway. In an attempt to avoid stopped traffic, she quickly changed lanes and collided into the back of a stopped car. The car rolled over several times and the woman was ejected from the vehicle.

She was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer when she hit the Ford Expedition.
Unfortunately, she suffered life-threatening injuries. She was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where she later died. No other people were injured in the collision.

The auto accident is currently under investigation by the Washington State Patrol.

We are very sorry to hear about this tragic loss and will keep the family of the victim in our thoughts and prayers. To aid families in this tragic situation I have authored a book: In Case of Death: Straight Talk on Washington Wrongful Death which is available to Washington residents at no charge.
