Local Motorcycle Legend Killed in Wednesday Crash | Seattle Motorcycle Crash Lawyer

On Wednesday, a motorcyclist was killed in a collision on Interstate 5. It turns out he was a motorcycle legend.

The incident took place near Smokey Point at around 1:30 p.m.

Scott Weber, 51, was driving his 1983 Yamaha northbound when a 2007 Dodge pickup unexpectedly pulled in front of him. He was unable to stop and crashed into the back of the pickup truck. Weber suffered serious injuries and was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he later died.

Weber was considered a local legend. He was a competitive off-road motorcyclist who was known for his challenging rides. On Thursday, Weber’s Husqvarna dirt bike was placed on display in Tasky’s Metric Cycle as people honored the legacy he left behind.

We are sorry to learn of this local loss. We offer our condolences to all of Weber’s family and friends.
