Sometimes we can be our own worst enemies. This is true even when it comes to how we drive. It seems like our own safety is sometimes something we are not concerned with. You can see this all around in Seattle auto accident injuries where people aren’t wearing their seat belt, decide to text while driving, or make the choice to drive drunk. As a Seattle car accident injury lawyer, I see way too many cases where people simply make bad choices that have huge consequences. In Pasco, Washington, a man was injured in a rollover car accident. Julio A. Bernal Gutierrez, 32, was trying to pass another vehicle, while exiting I-182. Unfortunately, his 1987 Nissan Stanza rolled over.

Gutierrez was admitted to Kadiec Regional Medical Center, where he is in stable condition. He is expected to be transferred to the Harborview Medical Center for further treatment.

The State Patrol believes alcohol may have been a contributing factor to the auto accident.
