Man Killed in Cheney Accident | Spokane Wrongful Death Lawyer

Even as a Bellevue personal injury lawyer, I am astounded by the number of pedestrian accidents in our area. It seems like I hear of a new incident each week.

This past Sunday, a pedestrian was struck by a westbound vehicle on highway 904. The Washington car accident happened around 11 p.m. in Cheney, Washington.
According to the State Patrol, 61-year-old James Dahl was crossing the freeway when he was hit by a vehicle driven by 47-year-old William Knight.
Dahl was immediately taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center with critical injuries.

We are sad to report that he died the next morning around 2:30 a.m. Knight and his passenger were uninjured in the collision.

Officials are currently conducting an investigation for further information. However, they know drugs and alcohol did not contribute to the accident. We offer our condolence to the victim’s friends and family.
