Ohio Man Killed in Two- Car Collision | Washington Car Accident Attorney
As a Seattle car accident attorney and Bellevue wrongful death lawyer, I have seen the impact a Washington car accident can have over an entire family. For this reason, I was sad to learn of a car accident death that happened Friday morning in Minnesota. An Ohio man was killed in a car collision on Interstate 94. Two others were also injured in the Minnesota crash. At about 6:18 a.m., an eastbound Dodge Neon crossed the center line and collided with a Ford Pickup. Sadly, the 76-year-old driver of the Dodge Neon, Ralph Woodworth, was killed in the impact. His passenger, 74-year-old Erma Woodworth, was injured. She is currently listed in critical condition at Regions Hospital. The driver of the pickup, 49-year-old Randy Russell, was also taken to Regions Hospital with critical injuries. The accident is currently under investigation. We will keep the victim’s family in our thoughts as they recover from this terrible shock. We understand just how difficult it is to lose a loved one in an auto accident and wish them all the best. It is always difficult to learn of lives lost in auto accidents. The last thing you want to worry about in these situations is legal issues. In an attempt to provide you with much deserved help and assistance, I have co-authored a book with attorney Patrick J. Kang which is a guide for families of Washington wrongful death victims. The book is called, In Case of Death: Straight Talk on Washington Wrongful Death, and is available at no charge to Washington residents by clicking on the preceding link. Leave a Reply |
