Pedestrians Injured By Stolen Car in Hit and Run Auto Accident | Seattle Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Lawyer
On Sunday morning, a small car ran a red light and collided with an SUV on Fremont Ave in Seattle. After the small red Chevy Nova crashed into the SUV, the driver, who was covered in blood, got out and ran away on foot from the scene. One innocent bystander suffered serious injuries from flying debris that resulted from the accident. The two individuals in the SUV were also injured and taken to the hospital. While officers have several leads on the hit-and-run suspect, they have not been able to find him yet. It is believed that he has a serious head injury. Police also say that the car that the man was driving was a stolen vehicle.
Hopefully everyone involved recovers quickly from their injuries, and hopefully, this man is caught. If you are negligent and injure others, it is your duty and responsibility to stay at the scene. Not to mention that it is against the law to leave the scene of an accident. Stoplights are on our roads for a reason and they should be obeyed at all times.
