Pullman Woman Injured in Washington Motorcycle Accident | Seattle Motorcycle Accident Attorney
Yet another Washington State motorcycle accident occurred earlier this week when Jennifer Blaylock of Pullman was sent to the hospital following her collision. Because I am a Seattle motorcycle accident lawyer and Bellevue personal injury attorney, I see accidents on a daily basis. Thankfully no one was seriously injured in this particular incident. Frequently, motorcycle-car collisions are caused by the driver of the automobile not being cautious or alert. This time it was just the opposite. Jeremy Omta was driving his 2004 Pontiac Grand Am when he was slowing down to make a left turn. Blaylock was following too closely, something she will be cited for, and smashed into the back of Omta’s vehicle. Blaylock was wearing a helmet, however, she was still airlifted to Kadlec Regional Medical Center for treatment. Thankfully she is now listed as being in satisfactory condition at Richland hospital. Omta was not injured in the accident and his car was unharmed while Blaylock’s motorcycle was destroyed. As always, we remind you to be cautious on the roads, whether you are behind the wheel of your car or riding your motorcycle. As I have stated many times before, with the weather getting nicer in the summer (hopefully), more bikes are going to be on our roads and simply remaining alert can prevent unnecessary accidents.
