Driving on the roads here in Washington State is an activity that carried with it significant risk; there are car accidents of all kinds every day.  Fortunately, the vast majority of these accidents are not fatal, and in fact a great many result in no significant injury.  As a Seattle car accident lawyer, I know that most people who are in car accidents are physically healthy in the end.  On Tuesday morning, according to the Enumclaw Patch, a teenager was injured when his Ford Explorer was struck by a Dodge Ram at the intersection of 416th street and State Route 169.  The young man had stopped for a stop sign, and then proceeded into the intersection; the truck was unable to stop in time to avoid the collision.  The young man was taken to Harborview Medical Center for his injuries.  Neither of the two occupants of the Dodge truck was injured, and drugs and alcohol are not believed to have been a factor in this accident.  Luckily, this accident does not appear to have resulted in any serious injury, but we know that not every driver is so fortunate.

Each year in Washington, there are several hundred people killed in traffic accidents, and over 2000 seriously injured.  These numbers are very high, but in addition to these numbers, there are well over 100,000 people involved in accidents who are either not injured or suffer minor injuries.  These people are, relatively speaking, the lucky ones; their health will not be permanently impacted by their traffic collisions.  However, each of these accidents involved some form of property damage, and in some cases people may struggle to repair property damage that was caused by the negligence of others.  These people need an attorney just as surely as someone who was seriously injured or someone who lost a loved one due to another’s negligence.

Many times, determining whether there has been negligence is difficult.  The legal concept of negligence doesn’t always mean what we think it does.  This is why Enumclaw car accident attorney Jason Epstein will not charge you for a case evaluation.  If you have been in a car accident that you feel may have been caused by another person’s negligence, Jason can help you decide whether you have a legal claim, and work with you in a polite and professional manner through the entire process.  For more information, and a FREE CONSULTATION, contact Jason at Premier Law Group at (206)285-1743.
