Speeding Leads to Deadly Car Crash in Kent | Kent Car Accident Lawyer

Wednesday night, a 24-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle while speeding down a curvy road in Kent.

The Auburn man was speeding over a hill when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed through a fence and into a nearby house. There was a great deal of property damage; the living room of the house was completely destroyed.

At the time, a 63-year-old woman was watching television inside the living room of the house. Luckily, she moved into the kitchen to get some cheese just before the car came crashing through her wall. If she hadn’t left the room, she may have been killed or seriously injured. The chair she had been sitting in was completely destroyed in the crash.

Sadly, the driver died at the scene of the accident. Investigators are still trying to determine if drugs or alcohol contributed to the fatal crash.

We offer our condolences to the driver’s family. Although it was a very tragic accident, we are glad that things did not end any worse. Speeding is responsible for causing many auto accidents each year. Please, help make the roads safer by obeying traffic laws and speed limits.
