Truck Crashes while Carrying 7,000 Bee Hives | Seattle Wrongful Death Lawyer

As a Seattle personal injury lawyer and Bellevue wrongful death attorney, I have seen some of the worst Washington car accident scenes. They can be both devastating and catastrophic. This is especially true with trucks carrying large loads. However, I have never seen an accident quite like the one that just occurred in Minnesota.

On Monday, a semi truck carrying 17 million bees was involved in a fatal four-car collision. The horrifying incident took place in Lakeville, Minnesota on Interstate 35.

Sadly, one person was killed in the horrific accident. Another was taken to a nearby hospital for further care.

The truck was transporting 7,000 bee hives to Bauer Honey in northwestern Minnesota.

Emergency crews arrived on the scene and began hosing down the angry insects. In the process, a few of the firefighters were stung.
