Two Brothers Collide in Fatal Accident | King County Car Crash Lawyer

As a Seattle car accident attorney and Bellevue personal injury lawyer, I have seen how road games can end in devastating Washington car accidents. These reckless games may be to blame for a deadly accident that occurred earlier this week.

In Portland, two brothers were involved in a fatal head-on collision south of Hood River. The tragic accident took place Tuesday night around 7:10 p.m.

According to the State Patrol, 25-year-old John Arthur Harvey was driving a tow truck in the southbound lanes of Highway 35 when he struck a Toyota Corolla driven by his 20-year-old brother, Westun Lee.

Unfortunately, Westun was critically injured and his 28-year-old wife, Rosario Harvey, was killed in the collision. John Harvey suffered only minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

No information has been released regarding the cause of the accident. However, officials believe they may have been playing a dangerous driving game where they were trying to pass each other. It is evident that John Harvey crossed the center line right before the accident.

We are always sorry to learn of lives lost on the road. It is especially tragic when it is the result of reckless behavior. We offer our condolences to the friends and family of Rosario Harvey. We will keep them in our thoughts as they struggle with the terrible news.
