KOMOnews.com, has reported an accident on State Route 520 in Bellevue that occurred when a tire came off a trailer that was being towed by a pickup truck. When one of the trailer’s rims broke, the tire went flying off, and smashed through the windshield of Anita Manueltiqui’s car as she passed by. The driver of the pickup truck did stop at the scene.
