Woman Killed in Wrong Way Collision | Kitsap County Wrongful Death Lawyer
Some Washington auto accidents leave a lasting impact. For this reason, it is important to stay focused on the road. Small errors can lead to severe personal injury or even a wrongful death case. On Wednesday, an elderly woman was killed in a head-on collision north of Gorst in Kitsap County. The fatal Washington car accident took place around 9:30 a.m. in the southbound lane of SR3. The woman drove her sedan the wrong way in the southbound lanes when she collided with an oncoming Dodge pickup truck. Two others were injured in the collision. One was taken to Harrison Medical Center with minor injuries. The other victim refused medical help at the scene. The lanes were temporarily closed as officials investigated the scene. They still do not know what caused the woman to enter the wrong lane. We are very sad to learn of this tragic accident. We offer our condolences to the victim’s friends and family.
