Numerous times Straight Talk Law has touched on the poor and irresponsible choices that individuals make when they are involved in a hit and run car accident. In the case of this tragic Seattle car accident, the hit and run caused a tragic wrongful death.

Saturday morning, March 13, a car accident involving two cars took an innocent life on the 5500 block of Rainier Avenue South. Police reported that two cars were traveling at high speeds and that one, a Lexus, was being closely followed by the second car. The driver of the second car claimed he had been chasing the Lexus because he was a victim of a hit and run. While being chased, the Lexus crossed the center line and collided with a third vehicle that was traveling North. The driver of the third car and the two individuals in the Lexus were all taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle to treat their injuries. Sadly, a passenger in the Lexus died at the hospital.
